Hampstead Civic Club Basketball Click Here for Basket Ball Sign up Form Registration for the 2008-09 Greater Hampstead Civic Club Basketball Program will be conducted at the Civic Club building on these days: Thursday NOV. 6 6pm - 8pm Saturday NOV 8 9am -12pm Monday NOV 11 6pm - 8pm On- line sign ups are available at the following web site through November 7th: http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1643494 Draft Day is Saturday November 15th The program is open to all Hampstead boys and girls, grades readiness through high school. The cost of this year’s program is $30.00 per child for readiness, first grade, and second grade Boys and Girls. $40.00 per child for 3rd– 8th grade Boys and Girls, and H.S. Girls. $60.00 per child for H.S. Boys. Maximum per family $100.00. After Nov.11th, there will be a late sign up fee of an additional $10.00 per child. The club reserves the right to suspend any participant for poor conduct. No late sign ups will be taken once an age level program is filled. If the cost of the program is a hardship, please notify any civic club member, the club will assure that all children participate. Proof of Hampstead residency is required. (Sorry we cannot honor requests that your child be placed with certain coaches or children) The Civic Club is seeking parents/guardians as volunteer coaches and officials.
